Real Life Dental was founded in 2010 by Dr. Damon Thompson, a Blacksburg native with deep roots in Southwest Virginia. Dr. Thompson is a graduate of Virginia Tech and the VCU School of Dentistry and proudly served as a dentist in the United States Navy before returning home to care for his community.
Under his leadership, Real Life Dental has been recognized multiple times as one of the “Best of the New River Valley” dental offices, as voted by readers of The Roanoke Times. The group is known for its patient-centered philosophy, modern dental techniques, and commitment to clinical excellence.
